About The 2023 Motherhood Event

As moms, we are always on the back side of the camera. And as we all know, most of the time we hand dad the camera for #proofofmom and those pictures are… special! As an Atlanta mom of four, I simply adore moms and work so hard at Lindsey Powell Photography to make moms feel special and appreciated. Most importantly I want moms to feel documented and beautiful. Not just with the smiling at the camera shots, but the in-between special moments we hold dear as moms. Tiny fingers, baby curls, the way their heads fit on our chest. These are the moments that make us feel alive. Our 2023 Motherhood Event does just that at Lindsey Powell Photography!

2023 Motherhood Event Details

Each year we carve out one Saturday in April to celebrate motherhood by inviting moms to my Marietta Square studio for a morning of pampering and photos. Moms arrive an hour before their photo session to have our exclusive hair and makeup team, Mae Rooks Beauty, fix their hair and makeup. They are able to sit mimosas and snack on some yummy charcuterie. Once they are ready, we have them change into their pre-selected dress from my studio wardrobe and dad brings the kids. We spend 15 minutes snuggling and laughing in-front of a beautiful photo backdrop and create beautiful memories for everyone involved!
