Today’s baby plan blog post could be considered a guest blog post. This post is written from a real life client who booked a baby plan. She had a maternity, newborn, sitter, and first year session. She left this beautifully written detailed review to share her experience with working with our studio over the course of 18 months. I hope that this insight from a real first time mom can give you a clear view into what it is like to work with Lindsey Powell Photography! Take it From This Client’s Experience and Review

I cannot say enough great things about Lindsey!! Her work is absolutely stunning and the entire experience with her was incredible from start to finish! I was looking for a photographer to do our maternity photos when I was pregnant with our first baby and I came across her business on a Google search and immediately fell in love with the style of images.

When I reached out to her, she responded very quickly and sent over a very detailed description of the various packages and pricing along with examples of previous sessions so I could get a better idea of her work before booking with her. We opted to book the newborn collective package as it included sessions for newborn, 6 month milestone, and 1 year with the option to add on a maternity session. I was so happy we booked the entire collective package for all of the sessions as we now have many wonderful photos we can treasure for a lifetime!

Throughout all of our sessions, Lindsey has been extremely professional and friendly and was very communicative throughout the entire process and quick to respond to any questions. I loved that she sent out a helpful guide ahead of each session for things to think about and bring for each session. She had a beautiful client wardrobe to pick from and I loved having the option to have my hair and makeup professionally done for each photo session-I had three different girls do my hair and makeup for the various sessions and all were fantastic!

The studio itself is beautiful, bright, and airy and she has thought of everything you might need to be comfortable during your session, from snacks and drinks to postpartum care items in the bathroom to a changing table and rocker for baby. The sessions themselves are light and fun and Lindsey does an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly, even when babies are being less-than cooperative!

She is very quick to get your photo gallery back to you and I love that she will set up a meeting to go through the images with you and that you have the option to order at that time or wait if you aren’t quite ready to order images yet. The products she offers for ordering are stunning. We opted to order some wood framed photos and they turned out beautiful and are one of my favorite things in our home-I smile each time I walk past them. She even came to our house to hang them on the wall, which is something I greatly appreciated while I was still very sleep-deprived!

She truly has a gift for capturing special images of your little ones and family-our son was a little fussy for his 6 month session and I was worried that there wouldn’t be many great pictures of him but we came out with 100 pictures that were absolutely spectacular and it ended up being one of my favorite sessions! She managed to capture so many sweet and funny expressions of our son during all of the sessions and I can see his personality clearly shine through in her work. We will definitely be using Lindsey again for future babies/family pictures!
