Finding the right Atlanta Lifestyle Photography studio and maternity, newborn, or family photographer for your family is a big step. I prefer to set up a time to talk to make sure your vision and my talent and offerings align to exceed all of your expectations. During this conversation, we will talk through what you hope to get from your session and what products & heirlooms you hope to leave with. My goal is to create a personalized experience that meets your unique needs.

Planning your Atlanta Lifestyle Photography Session

Once you have booked your Atlanta Lifestyle Photography session with us here at Lindsey Powell Photography, we will set up a time for you to come to our stunning light filled studio in Marietta, GA, just off the Historic Marietta Square for your Planning Appointment. This is where we plan all the details of your session.

You can try on wardrobe from our curated client closet with selections from the best boutiques like Baltic Born, Show Me Your Mumu, Needle & Thread, and so many more!

You can schedule hair & makeup with our wonderful beauty team. Talk through and finalize the perfect location for your Atlanta Lifestyle Photography Session. There are also frame and album samples to touch and feel while we walk through your session prep guide.

Session Time!

As a mama of 4, I know how stressful it is to try and get yourself, and the rest of your family, ready for portraits. I want this to be a day you can relax and feel pampered. You will arrive at the studio for your session, and be greeted by my awesome hair and makeup artist. I’ll have your wardrobe steamed and ready as well and coffee and snacks waiting.

Ordering your Atlanta Lifestyle Photography Images

During the planning process, we will schedule an ordering appointment for 2-3 weeks after your session. This session can be virtual or in-person, but it is the first time you will view your images! We will talk through which images you want to use for the products you picked out at your planning session. I’ll show you what the artwork will look like on your walls. We will pick heirloom album images and place your order. Our goal here is to give you more than digital, and we will help find the best value for your family. Your digital download will be sent to you the following day, and your tangible items will be ready in 4-6 weeks.
