I frequently welcome families into my studio for Marietta newborn sessions and will end these sessions by recommending a great Marietta lunch spot. This visit to the studio is often the first time new moms are leaving the house with their baby! It’s only natural that after a session families venture out for one of their first lunch outings as a family. Most moms elect to have their hair and makeup done by my team in the studio, making them feel extra confident and ready to have a family outing. I’ve compiled my favorites lunch spots in today’s blog!
Gabriel’s is best known for their incredible pastries and desserts. What better way to treat yourself after a Marietta newborn session? In addition to the selection of sweets, Gabriel’s has homemade sandwiches, soups, and more! Enjoy a fresh lunch followed by a sweet treat.
Another favorite lunch spot of mine is Douceur De France. This little french restaurant has a great atmosphere and I highly recommend the quiche! This restaurant is a baker and cafe all in one, offering a range of entrees, desserts, and drinks of all kinds. It’s a sweet place to bring your family after taking your Marietta newborn photos.
Can’t agree on what to eat? Marietta Square Market offers 19 different options! This market is setup in a food hall style offering many options for lunch. There is truly something for everyone here. This may be a great option if you brought older children to your Marietta newborn session. My personal favorite is Siete Tacos. Other options include Cousin’s Main Lobster, D’Cuban Cafe, Forno Vero Pizza, and Philly & Wrap.
Most moms who come to my Marietta studio for a newborn session get their hair and makeup done in my studio. This is often the first time moms get all dolled up after having their baby! Mac’s is the perfect opportunity to show off that perfect hair and makeup from your Marietta newborn session. This is an upscale lunch spot to feel extra pampered by the impeccable service. They have amazing steak and brussel sprouts!
Silla Del Torro offers yummy tapas and a cool atmosphere. It’s a great option for strolling around the square while your baby naps in the stroller. Enjoy tasting your way through a variety of options! They also offer charcuterie and cheese boards. If you are visiting on a Satuday or Sunday, a specialty brunch menu is available too!
