To make this new registration easy and as stress-free as possible, I’ve put together a few Frequently Asked Questions about our new Marietta Square Santa Sessions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How is this photoshoot experience different from others?

Our Santa experience will take place at our private Marietta Studio. It will be a classic all white backdrop without a lot of full or distraction. Additionally, we are conveniently located off 1-75 near Atlanta, Buckehead, Brookhaven and Vinings.

Does Santa have experience?

Yes! He is the absolute best! I believe Santa Bruce is kind, adorable and endearing. He is THE real Santa in my book!

Will we receive our digital files the same day?

No. Within 10 days of your session, your gallery will be delivered electronically via email with your own private link to view your fully edited images. These sessions are all inclusive and will include the best 8-10 images from your session. However, we will deliver early as we have them completed.

How many images will be in my gallery?

There will be approximately 10 images in each gallery.

Can our photo shoot include cousins and grandparents?

My focus is your child’s visit with Santa. We welcome parents and grandparents at the very end if there is time. However, we recommend families with more than 3/4 children book a separate time slot. If you wish to have pictures with cousins, please book a back to back time slot.

Do I need to have a paypal or Venmo account to register?

No. Just enter your credit card information to finalize registration. Your checkin “Elf” will be confirming payment upon arrival.

Can I change my appointment time as we near our Santa date if I can no longer make it?

The only way to change your appointment time is if there are available spots to switch you with. If all of our sessions sell out, you will not be able to change appointment times.

Will you be adding additional dates for Santa photoshoots this season?

This depends on demand and our availability. Don’t forget to follow along on our Instagram account and be sure you subscribed on our newsletter list for the latest updates on these sessions and more.

Is our ticket fee refundable if we’re no longer able to make our session? 

No. All tickets are nonrefundable. However, you may choose to sell or gift your ticket to a friend of family member if you’re unable to attend. You’ll need to send us a note in writing if the new participant if you decide to do that.
